Ella's language skills are progressing. She is learning how to express how much she likes something -- she doesn't always use the right words, but she is trying. If she likes something a lot, she might say "I love carrots a long day!" Maybe it is her version of saying, "I could eat carrots all day long." Who knows!
Also, one thing that has touched my heart recently is how she tells us she loves us. She used to say it to us after we said it to her. But now, she will say it when she feels like it. Just the other morning, she looked over at me while she was eating her cereal and said, "Mommy, I love you so much. And I love Daddy so much." I had never heard her say "so much" before. It was just precious. I've had the privilege of hearing it several times since then too.
