Pre-Crawling

Lucie is just over eight months old and is now starting to show some interest in crawling. Last Wednesday she made her first attempt to get on her knees and then I decided to help her out a bit...and well, she didn't seem to like it much.

I remember when Ella was a baby, she would get up on her hands and knees and just cry! She didn't like it either.

But, on Sunday night Lucie seemed a little more willing to do it on her own. While she was on my bed, she tried repeatedly to get up on her hands and knees and rock back and forth. She actually looked like she was enjoying it! I'm trying to prepare myself for a mobile baby. I think things just might get a little more crazy around here. I better get to babyproofing soon!
