Decorating for Fall

Now that the girls are back in school, it feels like fall...even if it doesn't really feel like fall. (Um, yeah, Virginia is still warm and humid!) Regardless of the weather, I'm inspired to decorate my mantel for Fall this year. I've always wanted to have a mantel to decorate, and now I've got one. Lately, I've seen seeing so many wonderful ideas online...I'm just itching to try some of these ideas and maybe come up with some of my own. However, after seeing this one morning...

I decided that maybe I should recruit E to help me in the decorating. She raided the craft supplies and took it upon herself to decorate the fireplace. Too cute! That girl of mines definitely has some creative ideas.

If I can get my act together, I hope to participate in the It's Fall Y'all Autumn Link Parties that begin on the 18th.
